I hold an MSc in Applied Positive Psychology and bring over 35 years of experience guiding one-to-one mind-body practices to our coaching sessions. My work integrates somatic and nervous system-centered approaches with evidence-based positive psychology, grounded in mindfulness, embodiment, and connection to the natural world. While positive psychology provides the framework for growth, resilience, and meaningful change, my approach is rooted in whole-body awareness, nervous system regulation, and the wisdom of the bodymind.

I believe that sustainable transformation occurs when we include the intelligence of the body - not just the thinking mind. Through mindfulness, somatic awareness, nervous system regulation, and compassionate inquiry, I help clients reconnect with themselves, cultivate greater presence, and access more empowered and authentic ways of being. I help you to lead with what's strong not what's wrong.

I support people in navigating life's challenges and transitions with greater courage, self-compassion, resilience, and purpose. I am especially drawn to working with those who are ready for meaningful change and a deeper connection with themselves. Together, we explore pathways toward greater balance, clarity, wellbeing, and flourishing - helping you come home to your true nature and live more fully aligned with what matters most.

What is Positive Psychology and how can working with a positive psychology practitioner help me?

Positive Psychology is the science of wellbeing and optimal human functioning. PP addresses wellbeing on an individual, community and societal level. It draws from and is informed by multiple disciplines including traditional psychology, neuroscience, sociology, and philosophy. Practitioners constructively build self awareness to empower choices that lead to positive and sustainable change and growth. We support a person in becoming who they want to be at every level, through evidence based and science backed interventions and tools. Traditional psychology often addresses and focuses on problems and dysfunction asking what and why, whereas positive psychology emphasizes strengths, core values and growth asking, what now?
