Integrated Mindbody Flourishing is a coaching approach that merges mindfulness and somatic practices with evidence-based positive psychology interventions. I believe that any true growth or transformation must include the wisdom of the body and a nervous system that is adaptable and responsive in order to support sustainable change. In our sessions, we continually check in with the body’s innate intelligence—when we involve this inner wisdom, our intentions and goals are grounded, allowing transformation to unfold on more stable ground rather than shifting sands.
Together, we cultivate increased self-awareness and empower choices that are aligned with your strengths and values. This process isn’t about focusing on what’s wrong, but about amplifying what’s right. Through reframing, shifting perspective, and discovering opportunities within challenges, we become alchemists of the spirit—transforming experience into growth and presence into creative power.
*Coaching is most effective when we meet on a regular basis over time and within a set amount of time: ideally 1-4 months. It's meant to be a short term, action and goal oriented partnership. For this reason, after our first session, I highly recommend you purchase a package so that you can stay accountable and on track and see real shifts.

These sessions are designed to help you come home to yourself — to feel more grounded, centered, and at ease in both mind and body. Together, we explore ways to strengthen the connection between your conscious awareness and your body’s innate intelligence.
I meet you exactly where you are and we co-create practices that best support you. This may include breathwork, meditation, mindful or body-led movement, or exercises in interoception — attuning more deeply to your inner landscape. Every person is different, and each session is uniquely tailored to your needs. Sessions are highly personalized and prescriptive, supporting your journey toward balance, peace and embodied presence.

I support you in restoring balance and attentional agency, helping you cultivate a healthier, more intentional relationship with your digital devices and screen time. Digital detoxes, when done in isolation, are often unreliable tools for long-term change. But when paired with increasing meaningful in-person experiences and reconnecting with the real world, we begin to reclaim our lives and move toward greater presence, wellbeing, and freedom.

Most of us spend way more time than is good for us on our phones. Research has shown that digital detoxing as a stand-alone strategy to reduce screen time is not a sustainable one. However, when coupled with proactively being mindful and intentional about both your on screen time and what you choose to do instead of scrolling is important. Join me to learn about various strategies, hacks and interventions that can help you achieve a more balanced relationship to your digital devices and increase your off-screen time.
