
Join me for a virtual gathering to reset your nervous system. A little breathwork, a little meditation. Let's spend some time breathing together as one....connecting to the inner stillness within. We'll be focusing on resonant/coherent breathing as well as some other parasympathetic/down-regulating breath patterns. The main meditation technique that I teach is a mindfulness based hybrid of open monitoring meditation + using the breath as our anchor, or "home base" in the shifting seas of the mind.
